Antonio Calce (b. 1967) was appointed CEO of Sowind Group (Kering Group) in January 2015, with responsibility for developing the Girard-Perregaux and JeanRichard brands and managing the group’s watch manufacture. He holds a degree in micro-engineering from the Haute Ecole Supérieure (HES) and a management diploma from the Haute Ecole de Gestion (HEG).
In 1994 he joined the Richemont group, taking responsibility for the technical department of the Piaget manufacture and streamlining its internal processes and logistics. In 1997 he was made director of product development for the Piaget and Panerai brands and in 2000 he became CEO of Panerai.
2005 marked the start of a decade at Corum, initially as vice-president of operations, and from 2007 as CEO. Following Corum’s purchase by the China Haidian group (now named Citychamp) in 2013, he was also appointed CEO of Eterna.
