Each year, supercars, superstars and superfans across the globe unite for Gumball 3000 – the annual supercar rally which sees 120 incredible cars drive a 3000 mile route around the world.

Armin Strom director and chief horologist Claude Greisler collaborated with Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Cooper, to interpret the boisterous rock 'n' roll atmosphere of the rally into powerful watch designs. The audacious designs feature special engravings, appliques and color treatments on the front and back of the open-worked dials and movements.

With models in 18k rose gold, black PVD-coated stainless steel and black PVD-coated titanium, the three Gumball 3000 series will be produced in numbered editions. Here we look at the Manual Gumball 3000 model.

The Manual Gumball 3000 model is animated by the manual-winding manufacture movement Calibre AMW11-GB. It offers a 5-days power reserve, and displays the time in a black dial ring    with founded appliques, and a small second at 9 o'clock, bearing the engraved 2015 tour logo.

The 43.40mm case, in stainless steel and black PVD, is water-resistant to 50m. The sapphire crystal and case back have received an anti-reflective treatment.
The Manual Gumball 3000 watch is delivered with a black leather strap and stainless steel PVD black ardillon buckle as well as an additional black rubber strap.
