Created in 1947, the Reflet was one of the most iconic ladies’ watches of the 1980’s. Boucheron has given it a light facelift, just enough to enter the 2010’s with confidence. Its rectangular case is like no other due to its numerous smooth indentations. This distinctive trait has allowed it to travel through time. Available in three sizes, in steel or yellow gold, the new Reflet has this particular curvature, enhanced by extensive polishing, that gives it its soft appearance. Its new dials remain impeccably without fuss, with their unadulterated smooth surface or their thin indexes. In its largest size, the Reflet appeals to men and women both. 42 mm high and 24 mm wide, this high rectangle is endowed with an automatic caliber. The quartz-propelled smaller sizes are de facto meant for the ladies.
True to its jeweler nature, Boucheron is introducing several new Epure d’Art models. Variations of materials, colors, gem setting and patterns are the signature of these rare crafts timepieces. Plume de Lumière is as light as the feather and shiny as mother-of-pearl on its dial.
Oursin bleu is a mosaic of sapphires and diamonds, shaped like the shell of the spiky sea-urchin.
Vague de Lumière features a diamond curvy wave with black hematite in the blackground.
These exceptional timepieces are equipped with an automatic movement provided by Girard-Perregaux. They are available in limited series of 26 each, after the brand’s lucky number, that of its address on Paris’ Place Vendôme.
